With the secure tenant portal you can set up automatic payments or make one-time payments using your checking account information.

Here is how to set it up:

1. Log into your tenant portal
2. Select “Setup Payment Account”
3. Select “E-Check”
4. Fill in the required fields

Money Order/Certified Check – Send by mail

(payment not received by the 5^th of the month will be charged a late fee)
